Meet The Young Man Behind GoFlow

Peter Theoharidis is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Online Fitness Coach, and martial artist.

After graduating from Providence College with a degree in Finance, Peter decided to take a risky bet and pursue a career as a fitness entrepreneur. In the 4 years following graduation, he competed in 50+ tournament jiu jitsu matches and racked up thousands of hours of mat and training time.

In this same time, he found a way to balance his martial arts pursuits with business, building up a portfolio of many client success stories and investing thousands of dollars in continuing education and mentorship.

Having learned so much in his experience as an athlete and student of the industry, Peter made it his mission to impart sustainable, fun movement lifestyles that expand beyond common gym culture
